It's official. Our SME is joining the Alfeor Group. This is the group's fifth acquisition in less than 18 months, with the aim of building an industrial equipment manufacturer of excellence serving highly demanding industrial sectors.

The press release issued by Alfeor in early June details this acquisition (excerpt):

Deltafluid, a strategic technology player for the energy and nuclear markets

Based in Lacq, Deltafluid is renowned for its expertise in pressure and flow measurement instruments, as well as fluid control solutions. It has a highly diversified customer portfolio covering the energy, chemical, industrial piping, and environmental sectors.

With leading certifications - including ISO 19443 specific to the nuclear sector - Deltafluid is ideally positioned to support the most demanding industrial projects, particularly in the field of civil nuclear power.

Deltafluid has invested heavily in recent years to strengthen its industrial capabilities. A new building, which will double its current surface area, will be completed in 2026 with the support of Alfeor, confirming an ambitious and structured growth strategy.

Eric Druenne, Chief Executive Officer of Alfeor, states, ‘The integration of Deltafluid represents a major strategic advance. It complements our technology portfolio serving cutting-edge industries.’

With five major acquisitions already completed, Alfeor is positioning itself as a future leading industrial equipment manufacturer, particularly in the nuclear sector.
Thanks to Deltafluid, the group now covers complementary areas of the value chain, with activities ranging from bolting, mechanical and metallurgical testing, mechanical welding and machining to surface treatment and fluid control. In line with its long-term ambition, the group aims to complete 3 to 5 acquisitions per year by 2030 and achieve a turnover of €250 million.

Alfeor, supported by Otium and Arnaud Montebourg's Les Équipes du Made in France, is part of a long-term strategy aimed at rebuilding a sovereign, robust and competitive French industrial sector.

Yannick Lubet, Managing Director of Deltafluid : « For several years now, Deltafluid has been experiencing particularly strong growth. In this context, faced with the many development opportunities, I wanted the company to be able to draw on the resources and experience of a solid industrial group capable of supporting us in this new phase of restructuring and expansion. It was on this basis that I decided to join Alfeor. »
