Following the annoucement by the French government to move to stage 3 of the coronavirus epidemic on Saturday March 14, we inform you about the continuity of Deltafluid's activities following the evolution of the situation.
On March 18, we decided Le 18 mars, we decided to protect the health of our employees and all of our service providers by stopping all our activities.
During the following week, we set up teleworking for all the project managers.
We also worked with our QHSE manager on the adaptation of our processes in order to envisage a resumption of activity by applying the recommendations of the authorities.
We are therefore pleased to inform you that our manufacturing site has partially resumed production since April 6, with a reduced workforce. This recovery allows us to process current orders and respond to your requests according to emergencies.
As such, our sales team will be able to deal with all of your requests while being able to inform you about production times and the state of our stock.
This recovery is partial, we advise you to always continue to favor communication by e-mail, allowing us to better manage the flow of requests.
