What's new at the Deltafluid workshop ?
At the start of this year, three new pieces of equipment will strengthen our workshop and our machining capabilities:
- a CHEVALIER FVL-1250VTC+C vertical CNC milling lathe: machining of parts up to Ø 1600 x H 1200 mm
- a KASTOwin A 3.3 automatic saw: cutting bars up to Ø 330 mm
- a GRAVOTECH Fiber energy LW2 laser engraving machine: more efficient, readable and harmonised marking on all our parts
These investments enable us to:
- meet the machining needs of large parts (flange ID machining, turning of exchanger doors, subcontracted parts made to plan, etc.)
- optimise our manufacturing processes
- internalise operations to improve responsiveness
